ISPLS Annual Convention
The Indiana Society of Professional Land Surveyors (ISPLS) Annual Convention is the state’s premier event for licensed land surveyors, offering a dynamic platform for education and networking. Held annually in January, this gathering attracts professionals from across Indiana for three days of insightful sessions, industry updates, and peer engagement. The 2026 ISPLS Annual Convention will be held on January 28-30, 2026 at the Embassy Suites in Noblesville, IN.
Registration
ISPLS offers four levels of convention registration. They are detailed below:

A refund of 90% of the registration fee will be given to those refund requests received on or before January 20, 2026. After January 20, no refunds will be made.

No one should contact you regarding room reservations. ISPLS does not provide any contact information or attendee list to any third-party company responsible for room reservations. If you receive a direct solicitation, via phone or email, from anyone asking you to make or change a hotel reservation, do not provide any sensitive information to these contacts. Vincennes University Land Surveying Topgolf Event

Date: Tuesday, January 27th, 2026, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Join Us for an ISPLS Pre-Conference Tech Day – Indianapolis, Indiana
Seiler will host a free pre-conference Tech Day on January 27th, 2026! This workshop will be held before the official start of the ISPLS Conference at Embassy Suites, Noblesville, IN. The Seiler Team has held these informative tech days for years across the Midwest at several Annual Survey Conferences. You don’t want to miss our 2nd Annual Tech Day for Indiana. This event is an informative, educational, and fun event before the ISPLS Conference starts. We will be limited to 60 attendees only and will provide breakfast and lunch! You can expect learning something new, take away a few tips and tricks, and gain some valuable insights on the latest surveying/field and software technologies.
Cost: This is a no-charge event! We will also provide a certificate of attendance for those wanting to self-report their training.

What is the refund policy?

Why am I not receiving the member rate?
You must log in to your ISPLS account to receive the member rate. If you are logged into your account and still do not see the member rate, please verify that you have renewed your membership. Please note that you will see the discounted rate apply at checkout. If you logged into your account and have an active ISPLS membership, please reach out to info@ispls.org for assistance.

When is the deadline to register?
The deadline to receive the early bird rate is January 7th, 2026. On January 8th, registration prices will increase by $50. The deadline to register online is January 20th, 2026. On January 21st, online registration will close, and you will need to register on-site.
How many CEUs will I receive?
By attending a session in each time slot provided, you may earn up to 15 CEUs.
How do I download the app?
Download the FREE ISPLS Convention mobile app to access all convention resources, including session details, exhibit hall vendors, notifications, and more! The app will also be used to track and award all CEU credits. To download the app, search ISPLS in the App Store or Google Play on your smartphone or tablet.
